mAllory pettee

Mallory is an NYC-based performer, choreographer, photographer, and educator working across classical, contemporary, and commercial forms. Her favorite performance credits include An American in Paris, City Lyric Opera, Industrials at Radio City Music Hall, and Woman in Motion Dance Company. Originally from Ohio, Mallory earned her BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College. A passionate educator, she is currently on faculty at Molloy University and Broadway Dance Center’s Children & Teens Program. Her choreography has been presented at Steps on Broadway, JCE, Alvin Ailey, in the competition dance circuits, and for Victoria's Secret. As a photographer, Mallory captures human presence through movement, connection, and time. Her work has been featured in several branding campaigns including the legendary Chita Rivera for the Verdon/Fosse Legacy/ Laduca Shoes. Mallory strives to create work rooted in hope, joy, and community. Across disciplines, she approaches her craft with deep gratitude for the gift and responsibility it is to be an artist at this time in history.    @mallorypettee @maljpetphoto.
